Andrew Rolfe is the Managing Partner of JRKW Holdings and serves on a number of public and private boards.

He began his career at PepsiCo and Booker Plc before serving for six years as Chief Executive of Pret A Manger and two years as President of Gap Inc. International. He then spent 17 years at TowerBrook Capital Partners as a Managing Director, where he was a member of the Management Committee, Investment Committee, and Chair of the Portfolio Committee.

He has also served for 17 years as Chairman of Ubuntu Pathways, a South African not-for-profit organisation focused on health, education, and early childhood development.

Andrew holds a BA in Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
