Richard Hayden is a member of the Senior Advisory Board of Daycrest. He is also a Senior Advisor to TowerBrook Capital Partners and a member of the Investment and Finance Committee of the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation.

Richard is the former Chair of Hayfin Capital Management, and was also Chair of Riverstone Energy Limited, a non-Executive Director of CQS Capital Management, non-Executive Director of Deutsche Börse, non-Executive Director of COFRA Holdings AG, non-Executive Director of Abbey National Bank, LLC, and Vice Chair of GSC Group where he had responsibility for the European Mezzanine Funds and the Global CLO business.

Prior to that, Richard was Deputy Chair of Goldman Sachs International, where he was head of investment banking for EMEA and Chair of the Global Credit Committee for several years.
