Sarah MacFarlane is Chief Operating Officer at Daycrest and Head of Philanthropy for the Sousou Foundation.

Prior to joining Daycrest, Sarah spent three years as a Senior Investor Relationships Manager at Better Society Capital, working with private investors on making social impact investments in the UK.

She qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC. Over seven years she held a variety of roles, from working as a private client tax advisor to a commercial partnerships manager, focused on legal and technology businesses.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from Durham University.
